We invite you to join us on Sunday January 29th, 2023 for “Youth Fighting for a Nuclear Free Future” a webinar event hosted by the Canadian Voice of Women for Peace (VOW) and Reverse the Trend (RTT).
The event will feature Georgina Oroi, a youth campaigner for RTT Pacific, Francine Anmontha the Social media coordinator for RTT Pacific and Avinashpall Singh one of the board members for the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War Canada. Each will discuss what nuclear peace and disarmament looks like in their region and their involvement within that movement.
Following this there will be a Q and A session with our panellists and then Sarah Rohleder, a peace campaigner for VOW and a youth coordinator for RTT Canada, will present the main action item of the event and some ways for youth to get more involved in the nuclear peace and disarmament movement.
