We are seeing today just how high the costs of unresolved conflict really are. War is raging in all parts of the world, millions of people are displaced by conflict and climate change, the threat of nuclear war once again looms large, and military spending is increasing dramatically.
It is not possible to ‘win’ war except by preventing it. And so we must raise our voices together to demand ceasefires and negotiations and to reject the aggression, threats and power plays that deny the common interests in ending war and resolving conflicts.
