☕ A Tea Party for Peace

Steeped in Peace is more than an event — it’s a gathering of hearts and hopes. Together, we’ll share tea, stories, and solidarity as we raise critical funds for the Disarmament Education Program, a collaborative effort to bring peace education to secondary schools across Canada.

This program is a visionary partnership between Canadian Voice of Women for Peace (VOW) and IPPNW Canada, designed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills to seamlessly integrate institutional disarmament education into their local contexts. This involves interactive discussion on subject matter in the nexus of nuclear disarmament, nonviolent conflict resolution, Indigenous justice, and climate justice. Through engagement, education, and empowerment, we aspire to contribute to the creation of a more peaceful, sustainable, and just world— grounded in feminist values, creating a culture of peace, and the urgent need to eliminate nuclear weapons.

✨ What to Expect

  1. I just got chills when I read your part in stopping EVIL weapons. I was writing to gather more info about what you do and what you stood for. I am blown away, that much is certain.
I had to sue CANADA awhile back, and ever since I find myself getting sicker and sicker by the day as Hydrogen Sulfate (has been turned to Hydrogen Sulfide) is the ammo. I cannot believe in my (once-beloved) country could be doing this. My symptoms are:
    ATAXIA
    VERTIGO
    LOSS OF 55 POUNDS
LOSS OF ALL TEETH (oral surgeon who did dentures diagosed me with: “Over-Exposure to Environmental TOXINS.”
    BENT SPINE
    LOSS OF WORKING MEMORY
Since this human rights’ lawsuit (I am blessed with both physical and mental health disabilities; without suffering, I wouldn’t be the person I am today) is getting bigger and bigger (read: $$$)..1/2 lol…
I have only one wish and that is to be re-united with the two, true LOVES of my life-my SONS (Finn Gareth; 22 & Peyton Joshua; 17)…
