The sixty-seventh Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) will take place from 6 to 17 March 2023 at the UN Headquarters in New York City, and the call for applications has officially started. Apply by December 15th 2022 to attend with VOW!
2023 is set to be the first year of in-person UNCSW Conference since before the pandemic! The key themes of this coming conference will be: innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls; and, challenges and opportunities in achieving gender equality and the empowerment of rural women and girls.
Let us continue VOW’s legacy of work in peace, disarmament and amplifying women’s voices at all levels of society and all levels of peacebuilding. Representatives of Member States, UN entities, and other NGO organizations will come together at UN headquarters in New York City for this event. VOW is organizing a delegation now so it is important to get your application in as soon as possible.

Watch our website for updates. It is important to note that proof of vaccination is required for access to the UN Headquarters NYC and will need to be carried with you at all times. Masks, though not mandatory, are strongly recommended in many parts of the buildings at this site.
