IPB seeks new intern at Geneva Secretariat, from July 30

The IPB Secretariat takes just one intern at a time. See Job Description for 2012 position. We are now looking for applicants who can start on 30th July 2012. NOTE: We will select only female candidates in order to improve the gender balance in the office team. Some possibilities also exist to work ‘remotely’ for IPB. Please contact Secretariat if you are interested.
General conditions:
* Full time or part time
* Length: minimum 3 months
* Funding: candidate must cover all costs
* Languages: secretariat uses English – French – Spanish – German etc. High level of written English is important.

Contact : IPB Secretariat. Please supply:
1) CV / Resume. We are especially interested to know about your work in civil society organisations, in areas such as peace/human rights/sustainable development.
2) Motivation letter – please indicate how your interests fit with those of IPB’s programme on Disarmament for Development.
3) Dates you are available.
4) We need to know if you are male or female! Make sure this is clear.
